Our Mission
Imani Home and Community Care (IHCC) is an I/DD home care agency founded on the principles of respect, dignity, autonomy, integrity, and empowerment. As we partner with individuals, their family, and community, IHCC mission is to provide outstanding supports and services to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities to achieve an everyday life that they choose. Our goal at IHCC is for individuals to achieve a quality of life that is safe, stable, meaningful, and person-centered

In-Home and Community Habilitation
In-Home Respite(unlicensed)
Companionship: Providing emotional support and accompaniment to medical appointments and community appointments.
Risk Mitigation: Measures to increase safety and decrease hospitalizations.
Skill Building and Maintenance: Helping individuals acquire and maintain essential life skills.
Relationship Development: Support for building social connections and community integration.
